Julie Nilsson Smith Speaks to Students
Madison Central School welcomed guest speaker Julie Nilsson Smith to present to high school students on Thursday! She talked to students about the importance of sound digital citizenship through a 26-part presentation that included many tips, tricks, and best practices for staying safe online while also getting the most out of the web as a resource.
Earlier this week, Smith had a letter to the editor published by the Wall Street Journal. She is a media literacy expert and faculty member at Webster University in St. Louis!
